By submitting your resume or your profile, you consent to automated parsing and skill matching. Human experts always verify final placement decisions. We do not guarantee job placement, interview selection, or specific career outcomes.

Prohibited Maneuvers & Usage

We monitor our perimeter. You will not use our systems for any unlawful purpose. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following actions.

→ Deploying automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or data mining tools against our servers or infrastructure.
→ Impersonating personnel, candidates, or federal entities to gain unauthorized access.
→ Injecting viruses, malware, ransomware, or any hostile code into our portals.
→ Misrepresenting your identity, clearance level, or technical qualifications.
→ Reverse engineering our proprietary recruitment frameworks or ATS integrations.
→ Violating any US export control laws regarding technical data.
→ Posting fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious content through our contact channels.
→ Bypassing our security measures or attempting unauthorized access to our backend systems.

Any breach of this perimeter results in immediate termination of access and potential referral to federal law enforcement.

Intellectual Property Guardrails

The IPS logo, website design, our proprietary consulting frameworks, and all digital content are the exclusive property of InfoTech Planet Solutions, LLC. All assets are protected by federal copyright and trademark laws. Limitations Of Exposure & Liability

Our financial exposure is strictly capped. InfoTech Planet Solutions and its directors and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this site. In any dispute arising solely from general website use, our total aggregate liability is strictly capped at exactly fifty US dollars ($50.00).

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration 

We resolve conflicts privately and efficiently. Any legal dispute arising from this agreement will be settled by binding arbitration. You expressly waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit against InfoTech Planet Solutions.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any claims not subject to arbitration will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Baltimore, Maryland.

Account Security & Credentials

Certain areas of our infrastructure may require you to create an account. You are the sole guardian of those credentials. We secure our databases using aggressive encryption, but you must secure your own passwords. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your login. If your account is compromised, you must report the breach to our security team immediately.

User Submissions & Communications

Any non-sensitive material or feedback you transmit to this website outside of a secure application portal will be treated as non-confidential. You agree that IPS may use such general feedback for business improvements or marketing without compensation to you.

Severability & Waiver 

If a court finds any specific clause in this agreement to be unenforceable, that single clause will be removed. The rest of the Terms of Use will remain fully active and binding. Failure by IPS to immediately enforce a rule does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Disclaimer Of Warranties

We operate in a volatile digital environment. We provide this website on an “as is” and “as available” basis. IPS completely rejects all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
